Possible GOALS FOR 2017

Vision 2017

1. To establish a Church community and apply as a parish in ECC
2. To establish a parish board
3. To have trained Lectors
4. To have a group of Eucharistic ministers
5. To have altar servers
6. To establish financial care taker
7. Someone to clean linens
8. We need a media manager
9. We Need a maintenance person to set up for Mass on Saturdays

 
Goal is reached by:
-Transparency
- consensus
- total team effort
- open conversation
- willing to try things with planning and many times with spontaneity
 
Suggestion:
Give total direction, mission and vision over to Church Administrator. Let that person set the pace for the Saint Magdalene Community, determine the liturgies, be the contact person with Peace and Justice Center, First Congregational church and outside media. Let us truly have a new beginning and total fresh start with his total leadership and experience. Fr. Mark & Rachel would serve as advisors when called upon.
Let Fr. Mark & Rachel Sutton tend to the Spanish community and assist at the St. Mary Magdalene Community Masses and activities.
