  To whom it may concern:
 Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Our brother Rev Father Mark Sutton           is a  PRIEST  in Good standing with the Ecumenical Catholic Communion(ECC). As such Fr. Mark, is hereby authorized to represent us in all manner of ministry appropriate to his ministerial office and has therefore been granted these facilities to:
  *Proclaim the Gospel of Jesus to all 
 * Instruct the faithful in the teachings of the Church;
* Preside at the celebration of the Holy Eucharist,  
 * Baptize those candidates who qualified for Christian initiation; 
 * Administer the healing and forgiving power of Christ through the sacraments of Reconciliation                and the Anointing of the Sick;
 * Witness marriages and
 * Comfort the bereaved and bury the deceased
